Delegate Packages
At the Wroxton House Hotel we understand that each group of people have different requirements and we have developed a series of flexible packages. All these packages are available for a minimum of 6 delegates (with the exception of informal lounge meetings) and include VAT @ the current rate.
Day Delegate Package £38.00 per person
The perfect package for all day meetings, includes meeting room hire, flipchart stand and pad, LCD projector/screen, direct dial telephone, toolbox with all essential stationery items, your choice of meeting lay up, still and sparkling mineral water, sweets, tea/coffee on arrival and mid morning with home-baked biscuits, two course hot and cold buffet lunch with coffee, afternoon tea/coffee and home-baked chocolate biscuits.
24 Hour Residential Package £139.00 per person
Includes the elements of the day delegate package, plus a three course dinner with coffee, overnight double room for single occupancy accommodation and traditional English breakfast.
Weekend Residential Package £99.00 per person
Enjoy a great discount of up to 25% at the weekends (Friday/Saturday and Sunday evenings). Delegates are welcome to invite their partners who stay free and are only charged for meals as taken.
Weekend Day Package £29.00 per person
Take advantage of our weekend day rates applicable on Saturdays and Sundays. The rate includes all the elements of the weekday package
Room Hire
For added flexibility, room hire rates are available for half day and full day meetings. Refreshments ordered are charged separately along with any audio visual equipment required. Rates on request.
Lounge Meetings
When a private room is not necessary, but you still need somewhere to meet up and discuss business, then a warm welcome, tempting refreshments and lunch are available. A private area of the lounge can be reserved in advance at a nominal fee.
